In the packet, it comes rigged with a 1/50 Oz Chin Nut to suspend. If you want it to become a floating lure, remove the chin nut - or add heavier 1/24 or 1/16Oz chin nuts to make it slow sink and work in the 2 to 3 metre range. Add even heavier 1/12 to 1/8Oz Chin nuts to sink fast in the 3m plus range. Can be hopped along the bottom like a vibe.
Another cool feature is that the tow point is easily adjustable to make it swim sideways under docks or into bridge pylons.
The DETON8OR 38M is also proving dynamite for flathead trolling channel edges and flats in the 1 to 1.8 metre range. The tight action and weed resistant bib design is proving a winner.
